Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must meet age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior workspaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with visitor sign-in, badge verification, and/or directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology environment.
