Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licenses may be required per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, data center-adjacent spaces, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document visits, incidents, and patrols.
• Report maintenance concerns and policy violations to site leadership or supervision.
