Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support) in Whitsett, NC. You will monitor and protect client sites, provide excellent customer service, and use computer or tablet tools to log activities and incidents.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to respond calmly to incidents, with a background check and drug screen as part of employment. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents and daily activities.
