Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations with calm, reporting to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols across production areas, warehouses, offices, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials, maintain logs and reports.
• Deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions to site leadership.
