Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with alarm panels and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Background checks and drug testing will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors and follow site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and notify the proper contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of all areas and report irregularities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures and maintain records.
• Communicate clearly to maintain a professional environment and follow reporting procedures.
