Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per site reporting requirements.
