Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time, unarmed patrol position in Nashville, TN. You will serve clients, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, reporting observations, and maintaining professional communication with property management and emergency responders, upholding our people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and keep logs/incident reports.
• Communicate observations to management and emergency responders professionally.
