Allied Universal in Nashville, TN is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Customer Service Patrol to protect clients and build a welcoming, safe environment. You will be the visible presence, deliver excellent customer service, and support site operations.

Responsibilities include unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, reporting security concerns, and responding calmly to incidents. Flexible day and weekend shifts with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• 1 year of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activities, document patrols and concerns.
• Deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism through professional presence and reporting.
