Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time unarmed patrol in Nashville, TN. You will monitor government housing locations, deter unauthorized activity, and deliver excellent resident and staff service while upholding our values of reliability and integrity.

Responsibilities include daily patrols, documentation of incidents, and collaboration with site leadership to ensure safety. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per regulations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner; document observations and report to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures; assist with directing residents and visitors.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports and communicate with Allied Universal leadership.
