Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per policy.
• Maintain professional presence and communicate with employees, contractors, and visitors.
