Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as per site procedures.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe deliveries and visitor activity.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to leadership and contacts.
