Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and communicate concerns promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain orderly operations around deliveries and restricted areas per security protocols.
