Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, seeks a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for Claude, TX. You will patrol the site, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a people-first culture in a welcoming environment. Schedule includes three shifts per week with evenings and weekends as needed; pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitors, employees, contractors, and deliveries.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
