Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor premises, surveillance systems, and access points.
• Control access by verifying credentials, badges, and visitor authorization.
• Identify and respond to suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Provide professional, courteous, and helpful assistance to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Document security events, violations, and unusual occurrences.
