This full-time role includes patrolling the site, providing excellent customer service, monitoring access, and maintaining records to deter and report incidents.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors while following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document observations and patrol activities in clear reports and share updates with leadership.
