Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Rockingham, NC to protect and service clients across multiple sectors at a food and beverage production location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to alarms, and maintain secure environments for staff and visitors.

The role emphasizes visible presence, customer service, and clear communication to deter incidents.

Qualifications

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required by employment.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain logs and reports of patrols and incidents.
Support protection of personnel, products, equipment, and shipments by reporting hazards and suspicious activity to site contacts.
