Doyle Security Services Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a vigilant Security Guard to patrol client sites and enforce safety protocols. The role is per-diem with no fixed shifts, requiring flexibility and strong situational awareness across various locations.

You will observe, report, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional conduct and client trust. Candidates must hold a Florida Class D Security Guard License, be 21+, and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate it effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Valid Florida Class D Security Guard License and HS Diploma/GED are required.

Responsabilités

• Report irregularities and inform violators of policy and procedures.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting access points.
• Complete reports by recording observations and interviewing witnesses.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Must be able to travel to numerous sites. No set shifts or schedule. Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Pay Range

Up to USD $18.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security Guard License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum High School Diploma / GED
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate it effectively in both the verbal and written form
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position Must be able to work flexible shifts, holidays and weekends Customer Service Experience is required
