Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
• Monitor facility access, verify identification, issue badges, and maintain visitor and traffic logs.
• Conduct foot patrols and monitor premises to prevent theft, safety hazards, and unauthorized activity.
• Enforce company and client policies, procedures, and security regulations.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and security incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and provide professional assistance to employees, customers, and visitors.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity reports (DARs).
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions, including walking patrols and moderate lifting.
• Follow all company training, safety procedures, and post instructions.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of CCTV monitoring experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and security procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and CCTV monitoring systems.
• Ability to remain calm and think clearly during emergencies and high-stress situations.
• Reliable, professional, positive attitude, and strong ethical standards.
• Willingness to complete company screening requirements, including drug testing and background investigation.
