The role requires 2+ years in security or related fields; CPR and badge experience are preferred. Training and advancement opportunities are highlighted, with standard full-time hours and a $26/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
CPR certification preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by executing security procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and entry points.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document incidents per site policies.
Maintain professional presence and communicate with management, tenants, and responders.
