As a Security Officer Financial Facilityin Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support badge-related processes. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with site policies.
• Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
