Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a driving post in New York. The role involves operating a company vehicle to perform mobile patrols, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible security presence.

You will be expected to keep accurate daily activity reports and communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and local authorities. A valid NYS Security Guard License and a valid driver license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report activities and incidents at the assigned site.
• Conduct mobile patrols and complete scans every thirty minutes.
• Enforce site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Secure premises and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Doyle Security Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a driving post. This position involves operating a company vehicle to perform routine mobile patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding promptly to incidents or alarms, and providing a visible security presence to deter potential threats. The officer must maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, while communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and local authorities as necessary. Additionally, the position requires adherence to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures, as well as a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Schedule

Friday-Sunday 1400-2200, Monday 0600-1400

Pay Range

Up to USD $18.00/Hr.

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Conducts mobile patrols and completes scans every thirty minutes.

• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
