Job summary

Doyle Security Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a driving post. The role involves operating a company vehicle to perform mobile patrols, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to incidents or alarms. You will maintain clear reports and communicate with supervisors, clients, and authorities as needed.

Schedule is Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, life insurance, and referral bonuses. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 year US work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must understand English and communicate effectively in speaking and writing.
• Physically able to perform the tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report activities and incidents at the site to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct mobile patrols and complete scans every thirty minutes.
• Enforce site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Secure premises by inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; control entry.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Doyle Security Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a driving post. This position involves operating a company vehicle to perform routine mobile patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding promptly to incidents or alarms, and providing a visible security presence to deter potential threats. The officer must maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, while communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and local authorities as necessary. Additionally, the position requires adherence to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures, as well as a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday 1200 PM - 2000 PM

Pay Range

Up to USD $18.50/Hr.
