Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Operations) in Plainfield, IN. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide customer service, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents while supporting access control.

The role requires staying compliant with site procedures, documenting incidents, and collaborating with employees and responders in a fast-paced technology distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas, parking, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; document and report incidents and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
