Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol Clearance Required in Arlington, VA to protect clients across commercial real estate settings. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain professional customer service while reporting observations to site leadership.

Requirements include at least 2 years security experience, active DoD Secret Clearance, high school diploma, and ability to pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security responsibilities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious persons or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs; communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.
