Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food production and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facility buildings, employee and visitor areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report irregular conditions or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities.
