Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Computer Access Control Patrol in Kernersville, NC. You will monitor areas, perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service using our technology to document observations.

As a full-time role, you will work a daytime shift schedule with specific hours and ensure compliance with safety policies, background checks, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel to areas.
• Complete required daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications with details.
