Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Computer Access Control Patrol in Kernersville, NC. You will monitor areas, conduct routine patrols, deter security incidents, and support access control while delivering outstanding customer service using technology to document observations and respond to alarm activity.

The role is full-time with a DayTime schedule and a pay rate of $15.39 per hour.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations; document observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoffs with clear details.
