Job summary

Prosegur is hiring for a Full-Time 3rd Shift Security Officer in the United States. You will guard, patrol, and monitor premises, respond to emergencies, and prepare incident reports while ensuring safety and customer service quality for clients and visitors.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to work overnight with potential weekend shifts. Training and benefits are provided by Prosegur.

Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infraction of the rules.
• Detect signs of intrusion and secure doors, windows, and gates.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure safety of personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage or unauthorized presence.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate disturbances.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity.
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures.

Job Skills / Requirements

Hourly Wage - $21.72

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Guard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of the rule
• Detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
• Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate disturbances
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity
• Secure facility and designated areas
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents
