Allied Universal in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed with an active DoD secret clearance to protect clients at aerospace/defense sites. You will monitor areas, perform patrols, control access, and report security concerns with professionalism and clear communication.

The role is full-time with a 24.38 USD hourly rate and a schedule including afternoon/evening shifts. You’ll join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Access control experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and restricted areas.
• Monitor and document access activity, visitors, and patrol observations.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders and complete reports.
