Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol with Active Clearance at California, MD, to protect clients in aerospace/defense settings. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service.

The role is full-time with a daytime/evening schedule and a pay rate of $24.02 per hour. Applicants must have an active DoD Secret Clearance, be 21+, have a high school diploma, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, restricted areas, and parking areas; report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of visitor and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and notify site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports with confidentiality.
