Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer with a Secret clearance for an unarmed role in Gilbert, AZ. You will monitor aerospace/defense locations, perform patrols, manage access control, and deliver strong customer service while upholding safety protocols.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $24.38 per hour, offering day and night shifts. A high school diploma and background check are required, with DoD clearance preferred and opportunities for growth within a caring, team-focused

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and be aware of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation and communicate observations.
