Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Control Specialist Patrol in Jacksonville, FL. You will monitor and safeguard clients across industries, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a visible security presence on site.

The role requires at least 6 months of security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will perform access control, patrol duties, and respond to incidents while completing clear daily reports.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, parking lots, docks, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify site contacts.
• Maintain daily activity reports and access records per Allied Universal requirements.
