Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Armed Guard Card/License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and permissions.
• Maintain accurate access-control, visitor, and incident records; report discrepancies and unusual activity to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to access-control incidents and critical situations following escalation and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
