Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a 3rd Shift Unarmed Security Officer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri. The role offers $18.50 per hour, 40 hours weekly, Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00pm–5:00am.

Candidates must have security and customer service experience and be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods. Join a team dedicated to protecting people and property, monitoring access, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid state licensing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage guest/visitor access and log visitor vehicles.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals and vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of arrivals.
• Assist in protecting people and equipment and enforce policies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms and detect suspicious activity.
• Patrol the interior/exterior perimeter to identify safety risks.
• Warn violators of infractions and respond to distress or emergencies.
