Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring for a 3rd shift unarmed Security Officer at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing site in Troy, MO. The role pays $18.50 per hour and runs Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00pm to 5:00am, totaling 40 hours with Monday and Tuesday off.

Ideal candidates have security and customer service experience, are reasonably fit to stand and walk for extended periods, and can pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state licensing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage all guest/visitor access and log visitor vehicles.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor arrival.
• Assist in protecting people and property while enforcing policies.
• Monitor and detect suspicious activity to prevent vandalism or theft.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol interior and exterior perimeters to identify risks.
• Warn violators of infractions and enforce rules.
• Respond to distress calls, alarms, or emergencies and contact first responders.
