Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience and security experience.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and log entries.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals and vehicles.
• Document and maintain visitor logs and notify residents of arrivals.
• Assist in protecting people and property and enforce policies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; report incidents.
• Patrol interior/exterior areas to identify risks.
• Respond to distress calls, alarms, or emergencies and contact responders.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports.
