Job summary

Enterprise Security Services Corporation in the Richmond area is seeking Unarmed Security Officers to support client sites across retail, commercial, and community locations. Roles rotate between sites to meet coverage needs.

No prior security experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates must hold or obtain Virginia DCJS unarmed security officer registration, be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and maintain a courteous, professional presence.

• Must meet Virginia's minimum age and eligibility requirements for security registration.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter theft and unsafe conditions
• Patrol the property and verify that entrances and exits are secure
• Monitor for suspicious activity and safety hazards, and report them promptly
• Assist visitors, customers, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and in accordance with established protocol
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Communicate with site management and emergency services as required

Enterprise Security Services Corporation is seeking Unarmed Security Officers to support client sites in the Richmond area. Where you'll work

Officers will be assigned to client locations in and around Richmond, including retail, commercial, and community sites. Assignments are determined based on coverage needs and may rotate between locations; therefore, we seek officers who can work reliably across the local area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter theft and unsafe conditions
• Patrol the property and verify that entrances and exits are secure

Requirements

• Hold or be able to obtain a Virginia DCJS unarmed security officer registration
• Meet Virginia's minimum age and eligibility requirements for security registration
• Pass a criminal background check
• Possess reliable transportation to reach assigned sites in the Richmond area
• Willingness to learn site procedures and adhere to them consistently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Prior experience is not required — training and guidance will be provided

Uniform & equipment
