Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary

This position, under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager, is responsible for protecting assets, personnel, customers, and visitors at assigned sites.

Job Duties

• Protect the interests of the client and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
• Observe, report signs of crime or disorder, and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare and submit daily reports as trained.
• Complete patrols as per post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property.
• Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Report violations of policies and laws.

Additional Responsibilities

• Stand for extended hours.
• Work extended hours as required.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the client or supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Maintain a safe environment for all.
• Deal tactfully with the public.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
