As an Unarmed Security Officer at Clarion, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' property and personnel. Your duties include understanding site-specific policies and procedures, staying alert, recording and reporting incidents, participating in emergency response procedures, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Stanton, TN for work.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills to work in a team and interact with customers, clients, and visitors.
• Possess and maintain a valid guard card/license as required by the state.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Driving positions require candidates to be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, and have a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for operating technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
