Job summary

Peralta Associates & Defense is seeking full-time Unarmed Security Officers to join our Beverly Hills office. This role focuses on monitoring premises, patrolling sites on foot, and reporting incidents in a professional, customer-service oriented environment.

Required qualifications include a valid California Guard Card, Power to arrest certificate, Use of Force certification, and completion of the remaining 32 hours of required training, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and use problem-solving skills.

• Report suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain accurate reports documenting observations and events.
• Issue verbal warnings or assist law enforcement for violations when applicable.

Job Summary:

• Conduct regular observation of client premises and report any suspicious activity.
• Perform foot patrols, monitor the perimeter, and handle incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills.
• Patrol the site on foot to identify potential dangers or criminal activity.
• Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports by documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Issue verbal warnings, make arrests (if applicable), and/or contact law enforcement for security violations or criminal activities.
• Adapt to various working environments and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Power to arrest certificate required.
• Appropriate Use of Force certificate required.
• Remining 32hours of the training.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
