Peralta Associates & Defense is hiring full-time Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in the Sacramento, CA area. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, reporting suspicious activity, and providing excellent customer service while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card is required.
• Power to arrest certificate is required.
• Appropriate Use of Force certificate is required.
• Remaining 32 hours of trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills.
• Patrol the site on foot to identify potential dangers or criminal activity.
• Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports by documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Issue verbal warnings, make arrests (if applicable), and/or contact law enforcement for security violations or criminal activities.
• Adapt to various working environments and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

• Conduct regular observation of client premises and report any suspicious activity.
• Perform foot patrols, monitor the perimeter, and handle incident reporting.
