Job summary

Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking dedicated Armed Security Guards for part-time roles in Central Pennsylvania.

You will perform patrols, access control, and incident response to protect people and property at INA and client sites. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED (college degree preferred), at least 3 years of law enforcement experience, PA Act 235 with firearms, PA Concealed Carry Permit, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of law enforcement experience preferred.
• Certifications: PA Act 235 with firearms; PA Concealed Carry Permit.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and driver insurance with reliable transportation.
• Background Screening: Ability to pass INA’s pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Physical Requirements: Flexible hours, weather tolerance, ability to walk/run and lift over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Security Patrols: Patrol buildings, perimeters, and parking lots to prevent unauthorized access and threats.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce client policies and procedures per SOPs and INA policies.
• Threat Prevention: Implement measures to deter sabotage, terrorism, and other threats.
• Access Control: Manage ingress/egress to secure areas.
• Legal Compliance: Enforce standards of conduct and applicable laws.
• Incident Response: Apprehend/detain within authority per legal guidelines.
• Emergency Management: Respond to site emergencies per protocols.
• Legal Testimony: Provide testimony in court as needed.
