Windwalker Group seeks a Full Time Overnight Unarmed Security Guard (11 PM–7 AM) to join our stationary vehicle patrol operation in Dorchester, MA. This position requires an active, clean driver's license and overnight availability.

You will maintain a visible security presence, monitor for suspicious activity, enforce site policies, document incidents, and coordinate with supervisors and local authorities as needed.

Windwalker Group seeks a Full Time Overnight 11PM - 7AM unarmed security guard to join our stationary vehicle patrol operation in Dorchester, MA.

This position requires an active, clean driver's license and overnight availability.

Windwalker Security Guards will provide a variety of services, which may include, but is not limited to the following tasks:

• Maintain a visible security presence from a stationary vehicle to deter unauthorized activity and promote a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor surrounding areas for suspicious behavior, security threats, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company and client at all times.
• Enforce established security protocols and ensure compliance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with local, state, and federal law enforcement, including DHS, when applicable.
• Demonstrate a zero-tolerance approach to unprofessional conduct, security violations, and activities that compromise site safety.
• Observe, document, and promptly report suspicious activity, incidents, and security concerns to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
• Maintain consistent communication with security officers, client representatives, and company management to support coordinated security operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active and clean Drivers License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to react quickly to a changing environment
• Advanced ability to respond to security breaches and threats.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to inform personnel and visitors of security procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
• Possess an ability to be flexible and perform a variety of security duties

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment preferred
• CPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB, orACT I, II, or IIICertifications highly preferred
• Associates degree or greater in Criminal Justice related studies
• Experience in documenting, observations, customer service and security procedures
