Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and escalate concerns to site contacts.
