Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves patrolling a financial institution, maintaining a visible security presence, and delivering excellent customer service while following policy and procedures.

The position requires prior law enforcement or military police experience, a high school diploma, and successful completion of background checks and drug screens as required

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors following site policies.
• Be able to respond calmly to incidents and emergencies.
• Attend required security training programs and licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of persons entering or leaving restricted areas.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation; communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
