Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid California Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert and professional in a retail environment.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as required.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a professional and observant Retail Security Officer to maintain a visible security presence and support a safe shopping environment. • May be required to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment

• Work performed primarily indoors in a busy retail or shopping environment.
• Interaction with the general public, store employees, and security team members is frequent.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor in high-traffic, high-pressure situations.
