Responsibilities

• Security & Patrol: patrol assigned areas, monitor activity, control access points and report incidents.
• Monitoring & Reporting: monitor CCTV and complete logs and reports.
• Safety & Compliance: follow post orders, emergency protocols, inspect for hazards, support loss prevention.
• Customer Service: greet and assist customers, provide directions, stay visible on-site.

Hours vary based on staffing needs. Availability for multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security & Patrol

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity


• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic


• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns


• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems


• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation


• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures


• Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols


• Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues, etc.)


• Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner


• Provide directions and support as needed


• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Active Guard Card and Driver’s License.

Preferred

• Prior security or customer-facing experience
