Job Posting: Unarmed Security Officer (Grocery Store)

Position: Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Various Grocery Store Locations

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Additional Compensation: Discretionary sign-on bonus and hazard pay (depending on location)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with store patrons.

• Monitor entrances, exits, and store premises for suspicious activity.
• Document incidents and complete reports as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with store management and law enforcement if required.

Requirements

• Loss prevention experience: Prior experience in loss prevention or related security roles.
• CPR certification: Must hold a current CPR certification.
