Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Guard for a morning post in Vernon, CA. Entry-level welcome; training provided. Shift: Monday - Friday 06:00 a.m.–02:30 p.m. Full-Time with benefits including medical, 401(k), and PTO.

This role emphasizes access control, routine patrols, incident reporting, and customer service. Must be able to stand the full shift, lift 15–20 lbs, and pass a background check. Training provided for newcomers.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• Strong communications skills and situational awareness.
• Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or equivalent — preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred.
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement — highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Access control: screen and register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart.
• Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas.
• Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity.
• Report: create incident reports and notify management of any incidents.
• Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out.
• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Customer service: provide manners and respect at all times.
• Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs.
• Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets.
