Position: Part-Time Security Supervisor
Schedule:Thu-Fri 2PM-10:30PM & Sun-Mon 6AM-2:30PM
Coverage Area:Various client sites across Los Angeles County
Reports To:Operations Manager
Start:Immediate opening
Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates
Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections
Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle
Assistscheduling by filling open shifts — respondimmediatelyand coordinate coverage
Assistupper management with investigations
Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards
Construct route plans and patrol plans for the field
Assistwith timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion
Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager
Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibilityat all times
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
Valid California Guard Card(required)
California Driver License with clean driving record(required)
Must be 21 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a pre-employment background check
Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift
Must be bilingual— English/Spanish
Demonstrated leadership— able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the org
Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills
Team-building mindset— you build up your team, not just manage them
Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
